Social Ministry Committee

The Social Ministry Committee mission is to address human needs and issues in Church and Society.  It plans and sponsors programs and activities that extend the congregation's ministries of mercy and justice in Christ's name to St. John's members, in the wider church, in the community, and beyond.  It attempts to be Christ's hand of love and care for people in special need... to fulfill Christ's 2nd great commandment "to love our neighbor as ourselves."

Join us to help others and ourselves.  We work with a smile and smile while we work!  Third Wednesday night meetings are brief but fun.

During the year, the Social Ministry Committee
