Mark your Calendars

 

January Pack Meeting-will be held on Tuesday the 22nd @ 6pm at

                 St. John’s Church

                                                               

We are rapidly approaching the Blue & Gold Banquet where your

Scout will receive his new rank badge.  In order for this to happen,

He needs to have at least ¾ of the achievements completed.  Please

bring your completed achievement sheets to Pack meeting.

 

Pinewood Derby-Will be held Friday, January 25th in the Middle School

         Cafeteria.  Check-in & inspection will begin at 6pm with racing

         Beginning promptly at 7pm.

                                                

 

A Pre-derby weigh-in will be held at the January Pack meeting.  Cars can not exceed 5 ½” in height and must be in accordance with the rules and regulations you have received or you may be disqualified.

 

Blue & Gold Banquet will be held on February 9th at the

    American Legion Bingo Hall.  Everyone received a form to be completed and returned with payment.  If you have not done so, you must immediately return it to Sheila, Wendy or Glenn.  The count is due to the caterer and you will not be included.

 

Dens should be working on their skit for presentation at the banquet.

 

                     

Scout Sunday is February 10 @ 10:15am at St. John’s.  Our Bear den will be receiving their GOD & Me awards during the service.  Please plan to attend in Class A uniform and show your pride in our Bears and your support for our sponsoring church.

                                                

  

 

 FUNDRAISER INFORMATION

 

The Wolfgang Fundraiser and the Dutch Mills  Fundraiser books

Will be handed out at the 1/22 Pack meeting.  Make sure you pick

Up your scout’s materials.  Wolfgang  will run from  1/22-2/26/08

And Dutch Mills will run from 1/22-3/25/08.  Please participate so

The  Pack  has  funds  to  continue to  provide  fun  & educational

Activities  for  the  whole family  as well as awards for your scout.

 

Please continue to use your save-a-tape card at

Redner’s Warehouse Markets and  bring your

entire receipts to pack meeting and give them

to Tina Kutz

   

Hike with Cubmaster Butch for 15 total miles and receive a certificate, hike for 20 total miles and receive an achievement patch.  Hike dates will be short notice and announced by phone chain.
