The Safety Committee meets every 3rd Wednesday at 7:00 PM
The purpose of the Safety Committee is to:
a) Shall be responsible for all “safety related” items in the church.
b) Provide procedures and educate the congregation on safety items where appropriate.
c) Recruit and train volunteers on the location and use of the church’s fire extinguishers.
d) Recruit and train volunteers on the location and use of the church’s oxygen tank.
e) Recruit and train volunteers in CPR and the location and use of the church’s defibrillator (AED).
f) Make sure safety is reviewed and established for special church events such as the Christmas Candlelight Services.
g) Construct a Safety Policy and review annually.
